The Saris H3 Direct Drive Smart Trainer is five times quieter than previous 
generations, while maintaining the durability and reliability. It boasts an 
impressive 59 decibels at 20 mph 

Internally, the H3 is specifically calibrated to measure power, speed, and 
cadence. These features, along with the precision balanced flywheel, is 
engineered to handle 2000 watts and replicate a 20 climbing grade The 
internal cooling system ensures that electromagnetic resistance system 
is durable enough to withstand even the toughest training sessions.
