Returns

Chris Willemse Cycles Online Shop will accept returns only if the goods are returned unused and delivered to the address on the contact page within 28 days of receipt. Shipping costs on returns will be for the customer's account. It is the responsibility of the customer to acquire a return authorisation number from Chris Willemse Cycles and further information regarding the returns procedure.

Warranty

If you have received an incorrect item, it may be returned for exchange or refund. Free shipping.

Warranty Items

In genuine warranty cases, Chris Willemse Cycles will ship the repaired product or replacement product free of charge to the customer. The customer will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to Chris Willemse Cycles .

Guarantee

The authorised South African distributor of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's guarantees/warrantees or to provide aftersales service. Chris Willemse Cycles and our international suppliers will still carry the normal warrantees/guarantees of these products aswell as providing after-sales service.

Newsletter Signup Competition

The competition will run during the dates specified on the newsletter signup block. Only new subscribers to the newsletter will be entered into the draw. The winner will be randomly selected and be notified via email. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or is not available, we reserve the right to choose another winner from the entries which were received before the closing date.

The prize is not transferable, and cannot be converted into cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. A director, employee or agent of, or consultant or service provider to CWC or marketing production supplier; or the immediate family, business partner or associate of such a person may not enter. An entry into the prize draw will be taken as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
